I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Holiday Inn Shanghai Vista and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Changshou Metro, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and recommended some great local restaurants for me to try. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Shanghai.

Location next to Changshou Road. Changning district certainly deserves to be visited. We enjoyed holiday inn vista. Position only a short distance to everything we need, like Putuo Park.

Wonderful breakfast and excellent personnel. We enjoyed staff and the food. The area contains some restaurants like Taoyuan Village within 5 minutes' walk.

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The location in the center of the city was perfect for exploring and getting around. The staff provided excellent service, from the friendly and helpful concierge to the attentive bell staff and porter. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle and the quick and efficient check-in process. The room itself was spacious and clean, with comfortable amenities such as a large dining table and a well-stocked mini-bar. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice bonus, allowing us to easily stay connected during our stay. we were very impressed with the level of comfort and quality services provided at this place.

The rooms are spacious and the beddings are comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

There were some issues with the check-in process, which caused some confusion and delays for some guests.

The pillows , they have a firm pillow which was nice. Also the shower gel has a nice fragrance.

The swimming pool and changing room smell of urine!!! The changing rooms for the gym and swimming pool has a very strong odour of URINE. You will not feel clean using this hotels facilities. This is an obviously inability to clean.

The toilet area in our bathroom had a stale urine smell. Suggest that it should be disinfected every single day

During our stay, we found the hotel to be in a great location with easy access to different modes of transportation. The airport is just a short drive away and the train station is also conveniently close. We enjoyed the Inn Place restaurant and found the subway station to be quite close to the hotel. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city skyline. The breakfast was good and the staff provided great service.

The hotel lacks proper communication skills among some staff members.
